As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arizona and Illinois, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and an approved Supervisor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I offer therapeutic and professional services to patients in both states.
Whatever your need, my services can be the catalyst for change, healing, and unlocking new potential. In my sessions, I promote internal and behavioral transformation by encouraging self-compassion and the adoption of new attitudes, perspectives, and reactions. Often, we explore much more than just the presenting problem—the issue that first brought you to seek my services.
Therapy welcomes all spectrums of emotions without judgment or bias, and I encourage any form of self-expression you choose, including humor, cursing, and "ugly crying". I provide a therapeutic space characterized by warmth, empathy, mutual conversation, and collaboration.
I offer Evidence-Based interventions to support and teach additional coping skills and techniques that empower you to improve the situations and circumstances that led you to therapy. I see my patients as equals deserving of a supportive and affirming place to work on themselves.
I value and seek feedback from you as I tailor treatment specifically to your needs and goals. While my primary office is located in sunny Gilbert, Arizona, I deliver my services completely online to patients in Illinois. For patients in Arizona, I offer both online appointments and select in-person sessions.

Personalized Care and Guidance
Therapy for Adolescents (16+), Young Adults, and Adults
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, of identifying strengths and empowering you to reach a new level within yourself. Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're feeling stuck in the past, unsure about the future, questioning who you are and who you want to be, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have sought services before, I provide personalized treatment, support, and guidance throughout this process.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting (BSP) is a gentle, mindfulness-based approach in which the client-therapist relationship offers a safe alliance as the mind and body work together to dismantle trauma, symptoms, body distress, and outdated beliefs so new, more adaptive perspective can develop and thrive. This healing modality can be used with adolescents and adults looking to resolve challenges and experiences typically out of reach of the conscious mind.
Clinical Supervision
With years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor, I share with you my knowledge and expertise so that you may position yourself for future success. My goal is to help you to operate with integrity, clarity, and to be Authentically you within your profession. If you are wanting to obtain a higher licensing level or even open up your own private practice, I provide Arizona Board Approved Supervision and guidance.

Clinical Consultation aims to foster professional development and achievement, personal enhancement, and expansive thinking, problem solving, and creativity to areas within your professional life.
